"4" Better Neck Exercise
1. "Yes"
Begin with your back straight and your head tilted as far back
as comfortable.


Slowly bring your head forward, until your chin is resting on your chest.
Repeat as comfortable.
2. "No"
Begin with your head turned as far to the left as comfortable.


Turn your head to the right, as comfortable. Repeat as comfortable.
3. "Maybe"
Relying on your neck muscle, slowly tilt your head back and forth,
from left to right.


Repeat the cycle as comfortable.
4. Head Roll ("OK")
Begin with your head tilted to the right. Slowly rotate to the
left and to the front in a circular motion.



Bring your head around full circle . Repeat as comfortable. Then rotate
in the opposite direction.
